Twice the State Govt of Tamilnadu, has selected our institute as the best NGO for its effective implementation of inclusive education of children with disability. The first gold medal and a certificate of appreciation was presented by Tmt. P. Vijayalakshmi Palanisamy, Minister for Social Welfare, on behalf of the State Government on 3 December 2003. In a similar function held on 3 December 2007, the Sri Panneerselvam, Minister for Health and Family Welfare and Ms Poongodi, Minister for Social Welfare, Tamil Nadu, presented the award. |
